Using infra-red as a guide for our automated cutting machine,
our end users can rest assured that the belts they used are of
precise width specifications.

GRINDING
Our automated grinding machine ensures precise grinds of every individual belts. Specifications such as angles and thickness are being controlled ensuring consistency in all belts. |

VISUAL INSPECTION
Our in-process quality controllers will constantly examin the production area, ensuring production and quality processes are in place. Our out-going quality controllers will conduct random quality checks on out-going goods based on stringent AQL standards set by our management. |
