MOONEY VISCOMETER

Our rubber compound is tested before mass production ensuring our rubber compound conforms with our strict quality standards. Our quality department follows JIS K 6301 physical testing method for vulcanised rubber.

TENSOMETER

We test the the adhesion, elongation and tensile strength in our
CORDS
FABRIC
RUBBER
ensuring consistency in the quality of our materials which made up of our belts which is based on JIS K 6301 standards.

DURABILITY TESTER

Our belts will be put to test in our durability tester to ensure that they will be up to standard when received by our users. Automotive fan and timing belts are conformed to JASO standards.

HARDNESS TESTER

Rubber is be tested for its shore hardness after it is vulcanised conforming to the standards indicated in JIS K 6301.

ABRASION TESTER

Power transmission belts are subjected to a considerable amount of abrasion after it is being fitted on the pulleys to be driven. For our materials have to be able to withstand such
a demanding situation, we ensure these materials to conform to the standards of DIN 53516 as a benchmark of our belts' rubber adhesion.

FLEX CRACKING TESTER

Our belts are conformed to ISO 132 vulcanised rubber standards of flex cracking (DE MATTIA) through our flex cracking resistance tester.
